Wellness Walk & Soloist Picnic ✨🫶

Our collaboration with Haigh hall is giving ✨ relaxation✨

Free event however need tickets due to cap of numbers.

Woodland Mindfulness Movement- a chance to unwind on your doorstep, to explore the Haigh Hall nature reserve while breathing in the fresh air. Being focused on just one thing to step out of a busy world is so beneficial for our minds. The walk will be a chance to enjoy time with friends and family. We will explore the grounds, ready for a moment of quiet time to focus on our breath while practising Pilates movements to improve breath awareness, relax the nervous system, and recharge our energy for the week ahead.

The walk consists of around 2k with 2 stop off points with 20 mins with a break for mindfulness then another 20 mins.

Meet at 11am at the visitors centre

After our walk we will have the amazing Tom Byrom performing on the events stage whilst we have some girl time with our blankets and picnics!

Children welcome 🫶

The carpark is £1.50 for 90 minutes and £3.50 over 90 minutes.
