Wednesday Evening Yoga at The Barn

I would LOVE you to join me this & every Wedneday for an hour of Yoga lovliness at The Barn 🧡

As you may know, we needed to find a new home for our Wednesday evening class and we have! Haigh Barn is spacious, warm & cozy and when Mother Nature says Yes (☀😎🌞) we get to practise OUTSIDE in the meadow soothed by the Sun and the sounds of nature! Honestly - it's a DREAM!

You bring yourself & your mat
I'll bring the vibes, the flow and the blankets 😊

This class is open to EVERYONE whether you have been practising Yoga for years or have never stepped foot on a mat. You will be welcome here.
