This screening contains nothing instructive —
and certainly nothing worth retelling —
but you may well discover, with a certain degree of probability,
traces of time that refuses to pass,
and movement that occurs for no reason at all.
Infra&Ultra Film Club presents two private methods of observing reality
through graphite, sound, and unpredictability.

He explores how line, sound, and pause can exist
outside of narrative, yet still inside attention.
Nothing ordinary ever happens in his films:
— Boy, Ballerina, Two — visual traps for inner voices
— Devil’s Book — a fiery Excel sheet, an allegory in accounting
— Anonymous — he was there, but he was no one

Archivist of voids. Philosopher of tracing paper.
She doesn’t film actions — only their echoes.
Her films are like a room where something has disappeared,
and only the air still remembers its shape:
— The Hour Coat — there was a coat, and then no time
— Trap — an abstract report of traumatic displacement
— Roost — wild hen, angels, barn, God — everything as it should be
These films do not aim to be understood.
But they work — the way breath works, or memory,
or electricity in a wire, even when the light is off.
