Holistically Anchored Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering resilience and well-being by championing accessible mental health resources and holistic support for underserved communities across rural Georgia.
This week, from July 4-6, we will be hosting our Anchored Minds Summer Camp, a three-day experience designed to build resilience and provide a safe, uplifting space for youth from Lowndes, Ben Hill, Sumter, and Berrien counties. This camp will serve 60 children and 15 volunteers, offering a weekend of growth, healing, and fun.
We are reaching out to invite your support in helping make this camp a success. Attached is our camp menu for the weekend. We would love for you to review it and consider selecting any items you might wish to donate. Your partnership ensures each child and volunteer is well cared for and knows their community stands behind them.

July 4
Breakfast: Pancake sausage dogs, Fresh fruit (bananas, berries), juice, Milk
Mid-morning Snack: Granola bars, Fresh fruit (apple slices)
Lunch: Sandwiches (ham, turkey, PB&J), Chips, Fruit cups, Bottled Water & Juice
Independence Day Celebration Cookout (3 PM): Burgers, hot dogs, chicken, ribs, potato salad, corn, Baked Beans, watermelon
Snacks: Granola bars, Cupcakes, S’mores
July 5
Breakfast: Cereal, Super Donuts, Cheese Sticks, Fruit
Mid-morning Snack (10 AM): Trail mix, cookies, chips, Juice boxes
Lunch: Corn dogs or leftovers, Chips, Apple or Cutie Orange, Water and Punch
Dinner: Fish, chicken tenders, fries, grits, Cole Slaw, Instance Mac and Cheese, Peach Cobbler
July 6
Breakfast: Sausage Biscuits, Muffins, Fruit
Mid-morning Snack: Fruit rollups, Crackers & Cheese
Lunch: Pizza, Salad, Bottled water & Juice
