What to expect:
Have you ever thought to yourself “I’m bad at meditation, I have so many thoughts, my brain won’t shut off, my mind is so active” If you have ever felt/thought this way, then this is the workshop for you🙂. Meditation can commonly be thought of as being still for an hr or longer, having no thoughts, in a fancy setting somewhere. What if it was about allowing the mind to slowdown, being intentional with a 10-20mins exercise, and could take place anywhere.
Meet your host:
I’ve been practicing mindfulness daily for well over 10 years. And this journey had taught me more than any book or talk I’ve ever experienced.
My goal for this gathering, is to give you something to take home with you. I want you to have something that can help strengthen you from the inside out. Why.. because you will always be there for yourself.
