Join us for the Downtown Hagerstown Halloween Block Party on Friday, October 24th and start your Hallo-weekend off right! 🎃

This wicked evening will include the following FREE activities:
5:30PM-7:00PM ~ Trick-or-Treat on S Potomac Street
6:30PM ~ Kids Costume Contest
7:00PM ~ Adult Costume Contest
5:30PM - 7:30PM ~ Bounce House from High Expectations Enterprises LLC
