Grief Circle

The holidays are an especially tough time for those of us experiencing grief and loss. Whether you're grieving a loved one, a community, or the dream of something you're feeling separate from, you are welcome here. We'll join in sacred space for gentle breathwork, restorative yoga, guided contemplation and ritual. You don't have to do this alone.
