This evening offers space to find whatever it is you need.
Maybe that’s rest.
Maybe it’s a breath.
Maybe it’s just a quiet hour to be alone, together.

There’s no goal, no transformation promised, no right way to show up.

We’ll settle into stillness with sound healing and a guided Yoga Nidra practice—offering the body and nervous system a chance to soften, if they want to.
Nothing to do. Nothing to fix. Just space to be.

Come as you are. Leave however you do.
