Ome-Mitake (Intermediate, max 15 people)

We are meeting at Ome station Saturday, 17th May at 8:30am.

First, we will be following the popular Ome Takamizu trail until the Takamizu 常福院 temple. Please, remember that the final climb to the temple is a bit rough (3km and 400m of elevation), and will require some level of fitness to be tackled with confidence.

After the temple, we will continue for 1km to Iwatakeishi before starting the final descent to Mitake Station (around 5km).

The run will be 16km long for 1000m of elevation gain. The course is accessible and not technical. Anyone who joined a TTR event in the past should be prepared enough.

Please, bring with you:
1L of water
Light snacks
Sunscreen
Bug spray
An extra T-shirt.

Start and arrival are apart, so carrying everything with you is advisable (even though the train on the way back will stop at Ome).
