Join Vered for Subtle Shift — a soulful series of Sunday afternoon workshops exploring the deeper layers of yoga, breath, and awareness. Whether you practice yoga, Pilates, sport, or are simply seeking stillness, this space is for you.

Each session weaves together: Silent sitting, Movement & breath, Meditation, Tea & dharma conversation
