First Aid for the Community

Our First Aid Training Covers:
* CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): Learn the correct techniques for chest compressions and rescue breaths to restore a person's heartbeat and breathing.
* AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Use: Understand how to operate an AED and deliver a lifesaving shock to someone experiencing cardiac arrest.
* Choking: Learn effective techniques to clear a person's airway if they are choking.
* Recovery Position: Learn how to safely position an unconscious person to prevent choking and ensure proper breathing.
