Let me teach your Tween/Teen valuable tools to improve the way that they interact with their lives and the people around them. The goal is to have empowered points of view, much greater coping skills, less reactivity to stress, a more balanced view to personal accountability, and calmer relationships with greater awareness and confidence.
🌱 Program 1: "Inner Compass" (Ages 11–13)
Schedule: Tuesdays, 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost: $95 per child | $85 concession
Group Size: 8–16 participants
"Inner Compass" is an interactive program that introduces younger adolescents to mindfulness practices in a playful and engaging manner. The curriculum focuses on helping participants recognize their emotions, understand bodily sensations associated with stress, and develop tools to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.
Program 2: "Radiant Resilience" (Ages 14–16)
Schedule: Tuesdays, 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost: $95 per child | $85 concession
"Radiant Resilience" helps teens build lasting self-worth through mindfulness, mindset tools, and emotional regulation. With card games, guided meditations, journaling, and real talk, they’ll explore boundaries, stress, purpose, and personal power in a safe, supportive space. Each session empowers them to understand themselves more deeply and align with their best, most confident selves.
I have been working as a Spiritual Kinesiologist for over 12 years, working with countless teenagers in a clinical setting, utilising a Kinesiology framework to empower young people to restore balance in their emotional and energetic systems. More recently, I have increased my skill set to encompass being a qualified Youth Worker, so that I feel more confident to take on teenagers in a group setting, to make it more affordable and accessible for all teens who are looking for tools to improve their adaptability and resilience.
I wish to teach them techniques to guide their own experience and to refocus their point of reference in relation to stressful situations—supporting them to step out of emotional reactivity and to access inner calm and clarity. Through meditation, mindset reframing, and body-based techniques. I set out to help teens navigate stress and difficult relationships with greater self-awareness and choice.
