DVA Hearing Health & Support Talk

Did you know that the DVA supports Veterans with regards to hearing and tinnitus?

Lynda Reid from Gympie Hearing is coming to the Veteran Centre, 39 Monkland St., to provide us with information about what support services and devices you may be entitled to, and how to go about getting them. She is also going to provide information about hearing loss - types and causes of hearing loss, what can be done about hearing loss, and how to prevent hearing loss or further deterioration in hearing. Information about tinnitus is also going to be discussed. This is all with the aim of improving the quality of life of our veterans. There will be plenty of time for questions and a social chit chat.
