Required Supplies:
• Sewing machine (in good working order)
• Power cord and foot pedal
• All-purpose sewing machine needle (size 80/12 or 90/14)-we have these available in store
• Thread to match or contrast with your fabric-we have these available in store
• Fabric scissors or rotary cutter-we have these available in store
• Pins or fabric clips-we have these available in store
• Seam ripper-we have these available in store
• Measuring tape-we have these available in store
• Fabric marking tool (chalk, washable pen, or tailor’s pencil)-we have these available in store
• Ruler or seam gauge - we have these available in store
• Notebook and pen for taking notes
Fabric & Notions:
• 2.5 to 3 yards of fabric (cotton, cotton blend, chambray, or lightweight linen recommended) – amount depends on shirt size. - we have these available in store
• Coordinating lightweight fusible interfacing (1 yard)- we have this available in store
• 6–8 shirt buttons (depending on pattern) - we have these available in store
