About the event

Grounding Workshop

Join us for a 4-hour workshop to benefit Spirit Sanctuary. Come spend a fun afternoon learning a new skill or practicing an old one!
Two breakout sessions: Choose yoga or a nature scavenger hunt, and painting a canvas bag or journal-making.
Snacks will be provided. $20 suggested donation. Space is limited to 30 participants.
