Beer Release: Peli Flop Red IPA

Our Peli-Flop Red IPA is among the ranks of the the clear and crisp IPA crowd... no haze here. It has a caramelly-sweet body, but it finishes dry. It's on the low end of ABV for an American IPA at 6.5%, but don't let the smooth character fool ya! We even dry-hopped with Amarillo and Cascade to add a little citrus balance to the malty red character.
