EVENTS (not in order):
Axle and Keg Press Medley: Athletes will start with the axle, clean and press the axle, then move to clean and press a keg, and then go back and forth between the axle and keg. The athlete will have 60 secs to get as many reps as possible and must wait for the down command. 60-second time limit. (belt cleans are ok)
13-inch Max Axle Deadlift: Athletes will have 3 attempts to find a max weight 13-inch axle deadlift. Athlete may jump in and out on their attempts. Straps allowed, no suits or briefs. Weight jumps for men are 50 lbs and 40 lbs for women.
Sandbag Carry in sand pit: Athletes will pick and carry a sandbag around cones for as long as they can in 60 sec. If the athlete drops the bag their time is done. This will be in the sand. You will be scored on the number of cones you pass. Gloves are ok, no tacky of any kind, including, but not limited to, spray tacky, tacky towels, and stone tacky.
Frame to Iron Cross Medley: -Athletes will pick and carry frame 40-50ftish. Once the whole frame is across the line they will then pick and carry the iron cross back to the other start line, the cross must be standing and the athlete's hands off it for time to stop. The score is as fast as you can with a 60-second time limit.
Stone Carry and Load: Athletes will pick and load a series of 3 stones over a bar. (Men 50-52inch, women 48-50inch). Athletes will load from lightest to heaviest. The lightest stone will be about 18ft away from the bar, the middle stone will be about 12ft from the bar and the heaviest stone will be about 6 ft from the bar. Tacky is allowed, the athlete may not grab the crossbar to help load the stone. 60-second time limit, split times will be taken.

AWARDS: Top 3 in each class
Team Competition:
4-person team, $100 per team entry. cash or PayPal only. We will add the overall place each team member finishes together and the lowest score wins. No more the 2 people in one class, can be any combination of women or men and in any class. (ex: one team has a 1st, 12th, 3rd and 4th that team would score of 20). payout will be 70% for the winning team, 20% for 2nd place, and 10% for 3rd.
