Join Paula Casano of Sana Sana Studio on a peaceful journey to connect to the energy of the earth and find your balance

In this guided meditation you will utilize your breath in a gentle way and creative visualization to feel more grounded. We will be working with the chakras in the body + the color associated with each chakra to support this meditation.

Grounding can help reduce inflammation, improve sleep, calm the body and the mind.
