Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga at Dharma Yoga SRQ

This Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Class, is an all levels That class builds your own body heat, strength and flexibility. You will move through a series of postures strung together in creative sequences designed to help you find proper alignment and connection to your breath. You will feel supported through gentle hands-on assists while you cleanse your body, mind and soul.
