Scientific studies reveal that combining breathwork and sound therapy with meditation creates powerful effects in the body and mind. These practices activate the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to lower heart rate, reduced blood pressure, and deep relaxation. This combination may reduce anxiety, improve mood, and increase resilience to stress.
Noelle will lead you through a guided meditation & breathwork to ground you into the present moment. As you relax you will be bathed in sounds from crystal singing bowls , bells, Tibetan bowls , drums and many more instruments.
