In this workshop, Noelle will discuss the seven main chakras and help you experience them in your body and mind. With gentle guidance, you will address each chakra through Yin Yoga postures and then transition into a Yoga Nidra Meditation intended to bring the entire Chakra system into harmony with a Sound Bath.
