Harvest Full Moon Yin Yoga

Join us for a grounding and reflective Yin Yoga practice under the energy of the Harvest Full Moon. As the moon reaches its peak and lights up the night sky, we’ll turn inward, honoring the season of abundance, release, and transition.

This slow, meditative practice will focus on deep stretches held for time, creating space in the body and mind to let go of what no longer serves us—just as the trees begin to shed their leaves. With an emphasis on the hips, lower back, and heart center, we’ll cultivate a sense of gratitude for what we’ve gathered and gently prepare for the season ahead.
