Foraging & Fermenting Class

Join us Saturday, April 26th at Dudley Farm in North Guilford for a class on Foraging and Fermenting. CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers and forager & chef Vinny Crotta will be co-teaching this class.

Participants will learn how to positively identify edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that could be found this time of year. We will go on a walk to practice plant and mushroom ID. Participants will then have an opportunity to practice making their own wild ferments to bring home.
