Join me for a practical and fun workshop designed to help you master the art of navigation on the trails!

Do you avoid exploring new trails because you’re afraid of getting lost? This workshop is perfect for you! You’ll learn essential navigation skills—like reading maps, using GPS, and even compass techniques—so you can confidently tackle any route.

� What You’ll Learn:
� Map symbols, contour lines, and distance
� Taking and following a compass bearing
� Using GPS apps and watches (like OS Maps and Suunto)
� Identifying landmarks and navigating in real-time

� Who’s It For?
Runners of all levels who can comfortably run 5km. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this hands-on workshop will leave you feeling confident and ready to explore!

� How It Works:
We’ll start with a practical session to learn navigation techniques, followed by a short trail run to practice your new skills.
