Suzi Carter is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years’ experience in the commercial property sector. She has worked for some of the UK’s largest property and development companies and agents, including CBRE and B&Q. Suzi’s last role in the corporate world was as Director at Land Sec PLC, which at the time was the UK’s largest REIT, and she was responsible for a shopping centre portfolio of over £2.7bn.
Suzi left the corporate world in 2015 in order to set up her property investment company - and is now investing in both residential and commercial property.
Suzi runs The Commercial Property Academy, where she advises and mentors investors in how to get great returns from commercial property and also runs her small group mentoring programme, The Board, which fast tracks investors’ commercial property journey.
Andrew Wootton Jones is an experienced property consultant, landlord, investor and now Eco developer with Evabode Group, their family business / investment trust.
Andrew has a proven track record as a Chartered Surveyor, acting as an Employer's Agent, working as an expert advisor to developers.
Andrew is a former leader of a property and construction business with a turnover in excess of £50m per annum. He has over 30 years experience on many complicated schemes, new build, refurb and conversions up to over £300M in value.
