Mindful Minis Guilford Workshop

This Mindful Minis workshop is designed for children aged 5–11, where we’ll explore mindfulness through:

🌿 Gentle breathing and movement exercises

🎨 Fun arts and crafts activities

💬 Positive affirmations and self-expression

🤝 Social time with other little minds

Each session encourages your child to slow down, create, and build emotional awareness — all while having lots of fun!

Parents are welcome to relax downstairs at Art and Grind with a coffee and snack while your little one enjoys the workshop upstairs. ☕
