Meditation and sound bath workshop

For only £20 per person, indulge in a meditation workshop at Harbour Hotel Guildford on Saturday 24th May from 3pm, which will leave you feeling tranquil and rejuvenated.

It's time to relax and let go of tension in our immersive sound bath, with Jess from Serendia Wellness.

Bathe in sounds which fill the room and body, leaving you deeply relaxed. In this workshop you'll wind down with sound produced by gongs, singing bowls and chimes. We'll have refreshments on hand.

The benefits of sound baths are endless - promoting healing, relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety relief, wellbeing and mindfulness.
