Dementia Support Cafe

The first Tuesday of every month at 2pm-3pm

Join us for our FREE, monthly community support group for people living with dementia and their carers. There will be a variety of specialist and themed activities for you and your loved one to enjoy run by our skilled team members. This provides the opportunity for you to meet and chat with other family members and carers in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
