Midweek Breathwork Workshop with Brittney Emley

The session will begin with easy movement to prepare the body to sit, or lay in a relaxed state. The breathwork will be in 3 stages; active breathing, focused breath, and calm slow breathing. The session will finish with a long mediation using cosmic breath to focus the mind and completely relax the nervous system.
