Summer Reading Bash at Guilderland Public Library

Did you have an awesome time with this year's Summer Reading Program? We know that we did! Well, the summer's not quite over yet!

Please join us this Saturday September 6th from 10am to noon at Guilderland Public Library for a a fun-filled, all-ages, AFL/GPL Summer Reading Bash sponsored by Assemblymember Gabriella Romero!

Since you've been making amazing art all summer long, for this event we thought we'd give you a chance to turn yourself into art: This is going to be a color powder party! (Please wear white clothes that you won't mind getting colored powder on them. It'll mostly come off, but still. Don't wear a tuxedo. An old undershirt would be perfect.)

This is a chance to celebrate all the cool things our Summer Readers have done this over the past few months: We made so much art, and tried so many new vegetables, and ran around our houses so many times, and we read so, so, so many awesome books! Let’s get together to celebrate a summer well-read!
