This path began for me during a time of personal healing, and it continues to open doors in ways I never imagined. Through sacred geometry, Reiki, and creative practice, I've found a way to support others in reconnecting with themselves—and I'd be honoured to share this with you.

With an MA in Counselling Psychology focused on expressive arts, Jenny has worked in mental health and wellness for over 35 years. She is a Reiki and Reflexology practitioner, intuitive guide, and coach who supports clients in using creativity, intuition, and intention as pathways to healing and growth.

Spaces are limited, and all materials are provided.

No experience needed—just come as you are.

Doors open at 8:30 am. Light refreshments are provided.

Please bring a brown bag lunch and water bottle.

Dress comfortably and feel free to bring slippers.
