Buddhist For Beginners - Tuesday Evenings

TUESDAY EVENINGS 7PM - 8:15PM

Curious about Buddhism? This weekly class presents basic teachings that you can immediately use to improve your work and relationships, cultivate inner peace and increase your enjoyment of daily life. Each hour-long class includes a meditation, a teaching, and time for discussion.

Classes are based on the book Modern Buddhism. Everyone is welcome to attend. Classes are drop in. You do not need to pre-register to attend.

Each class presents a new topic with new contemplations and meditations for our meditation training.

Each class is a stand-alone class that is part of a series of classes. You do not need to attend the full series to benefit from these classes.

$15 a class. $48 for 4 classes.. Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time.
