The Re-Orchestra of Rotterdam Ensemble has been described by the European specialised press as a superb and passionate ensemble. The musicians are active in some of Europe’s foremost orchestras, and they deliver exceptional performances at renowned festivals and concert halls across Europe.
Artistic Director Roberto Beltran Zavala is recognised by orchestras, audiences and the specialised press as one of the most intriguing conductors of his generation. He is reputed to be an artist of the highest calibre. He has conducted prominent orchestras and ensembles all around the globe.
Gillian Zammit is a gifted and highly accomplished Maltese soprano. She is much esteemed as a recital singer and as an exponent of Baroque music, performing regularly in the Valletta International Baroque Festival, the Utrecht Early Music Festival in Holland and many other prestigious festivals in Europe.
Claire Ghigo is a renowned, highly talented mezzo soprano with an impressive operatic repertoire. She has performed in various cities arounds the world including San Francisco, Vienna, London, Paris, Berlin and Johannesburg. She has been recognised with numerous awards and accolades.
Their programme features works by Schubert, R. Strauss, Handel, Mahler and Karl Fiorini.

Din l-Art Ħelwa is this year proudly celebrating the 60th Anniversary of its foundation. In celebration of this important milestone, this year's 26th Edition of the Bir Miftuђ International Music Festival augurs to be a special and memorable one.
Tickets for each concert are against a donation of €25 per person and include refreshments after the performance in the church grounds. Block bookings are against a donation of €95 for 4 concerts, €70 for 3 concerts and €46 for 2 concerts.
