Led by Master Trainer Erica Heinrichs, this one-day workshop trains you to lead safe, effective classes that help improve balance, flexibility, and reduce the risk of falls. Perfect for health professionals, fitness instructors, and community leaders.

This training is based on Dr. Paul Lam’s evidence-based Tai Chi for Health programs. You’ll learn specific movements and teaching methods to empower your students and keep them active.
