Is your balance not quite what it used to be? Concerned about falls? We’ve got a gentle and proven solution for you!
Join us for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention — a low-impact exercise that improves strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Designed with older adults in mind, this relaxing movement practice is based on Chinese martial arts and is clinically proven to help reduce fall risk.
📍 Location: 1st Lutheran Church

📅 Dates: October 6 – December 1, 2025
🕙 Time: Mondays & Thursdays, 10:00 – 10:45 a.m.
💲 Voluntary contribution: $4.00 per class
(Scholarships available for those with financial need.
