What is the purpose of the guild?

To establish a progression of growth for the students as they advance to the next level
To develop a more cohesive flow for the theatre programs
To allow space for both creative and leadership opportunities for the students
To reward commitment to Outta Theatre and its core values
To foster comradery and deeper connection
