A NEW LOOK AT THE MAREMMA
Francesco racconterà il percorso che l’ha portato lontano dalla Maremma per poi ritornarvi e ripensare la tenuta agricola di famiglia. L’Aperitivo sarà preparato con i suoi prodotti.
Nato a Grosseto nel 1988, ha studiato a Brera e alla Städelschule di Francoforte, e ha lavorato a Vancouver come assistente di un noto artista. Tornato in Maremma, ha esplorato i bandi PSR mentre ricopriva il ruolo di marketing manager alla RRD. Dal 2018 dirige Anonima Agricola, l’agriturismo di famiglia vicino a Talomone, apprezzato e premiato per architettura e ospitalità; l’azienda produce olive, ortaggi e il baby peperone dolce di Maremma.
Francesco will recount the journey that took him away from the Maremma and then back, prompting him to rethink his family’s agricultural estate.
The Aperitivo will be prepared with products from the farm. Born in Grosseto in 1988, he studied at Brera and the Städelschule in Frankfurt and worked in Vancouver as an assistant to a well‑known artist. Back in the Maremma, he explored PSR grants while serving as Marketing Manager at RRD. Since 2018 he has managed Anonima Agricola, the family agritourism business, celebrated and awarded for its architecture and hospitality; the farm produces olives, vegetables and the Maremma sweet baby pepper.
