QPR Suicide Prevention Training

Question. Persuade. Refer. Three simple steps teach you how to ask if a person you care about is struggling with their mental health, how to encourage them to get help, and where to find the resources they need.
This education empowers all people, regardless of their background, to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know. QPR training is like CPR for mental health. This training is for everyone ages 15+, including parents, friends, co-workers, teachers, counselors, and medical professionals.

After completing QPR training you will be able to:
Recognize the warning signs of suicide
Know how to offer hope
Know how to get help

Training is FREE but registration is required.

Facilitated by Sarah Kost-Cox, Nationally Certified Counselor and School Counselor with certifications in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, grief and loss, and law and ethics.
