Fair Oak Farm - Weekend Yoga Retreat

Join Megan and Louise for a weekend of yoga in the beautiful setting of Fair Oak Farm, an award-winning venue in the East Sussex countryside.
We start at 4pm on Friday with time to settle into your accommodation. Our first yoga session on Friday evening will help you unwind from the week and begin your immersive weekend retreat. There will be plenty of yoga on offer throughout the weekend, wellbeing treatments, and beautiful grounds to explore, so you can create a weekend to suit your needs - doing as little or as much as you like. In the evenings you can retire to your room, or relax with a drink with your fellow yogis in one of the indoor or outdoor communal areas. We will say farewell after breakfast on Monday morning, fully refreshed, restored, and ready to re-integrate with the world!
