Somatic Breathwork Movement & Relaxation
Somatic Mindful Movement is a Therapy for your soul 💜 The 1.5hr session includes different breathwork styles, lymphatic drainage, Somatic movement to release trapped emotions finished off with a relaxing guided meditation.
Breathe ...... Move ..... Relax 🧘‍♀️🌿💚
All ages & flexibility levels welcome 🙏🏻

This is a monthly event usually the last Thursday of every month. From September onwards it will be twice a month.
