That’s exactly how I felt before I walked into my Slimming World group.
After many failed ‘diet’ attempts I was nervous, unsure if I’d ever really change… but deep down, I knew now was the time I had to try.
Fast forward to today and I’m over 6 stone lighter, healthier, and happier than I’ve been in years.
But the biggest change? I’ve found me again. �
That’s why I’m so proud (and a little emotional!) to be opening my own Slimming World group right here in Immingham. I know exactly how it feels to take that first step, and I promise you, you’ll be supported every single step of the way, just like I was.
