I’ve been dreaming up this magical workshop up for a while, and I am so excited to be offering it to you as a pilot programme this Summer!
So, what’s on offer?
This will be a beautiful opportunity to retreat for a day into a welcoming, nurturing, sacred healing space where you will be supported in the opening and activation of your Soul Voice and the intuitive creation of your own unique Power Song!
A Power Song is a very simple, short song with words and a melody that arise intuitively from your heart, inspired by the essence of your Soul and the wisdom, beauty and medicine of Nature.
Intuiting your own Power Song is a deeply healing, creative process that can deepen your inner sense of peace and joy and a gentle opening of your heart.
Once you have created your Power Song, you can sing it frequently to bring you back to your Self. The combination of the Song and the healing vibrations of your Voice can help you to ground, balance, focus, energise, relax, soothe and heal.
It becomes a powerful positive personal affirmation that can support you on your life journey.

Welcome Circle and introduction to Personal Power Songs
Vocal Sound Healing Journey
Shamanic Journey to discover the Guides/Energies that support your Throat Chakra and the activation of your Soul Voice.
Time for reflection and journaling
* Group Vocal Chakra Toning and Singing
Trip to the local Woodland for Nature Medicine and Creative Inspiration for your Power Song
Support with the Creation of your Power Song
Sharing Circles and space/time for reflection and journaling.
This is a ‘pilot’ programme so I am offering it an an introductory price of £80 per person
