What is Mindful Movement?
It's all about Mindfully observing how you move so you can enhance your levels of flexibility.

💙 Learning different breathing techniques (breathwork) to help you with respiratory health
💚 Challenge your mind help it focus again
🧡 Create core strength to help with your balance and co ordination
💛 Have fun and exercise in a relaxed environment whilst looking after your health snd meeting new friends
💜 Suitable for all age ranges and flexibility levels as movements can be adapted to your own level. (my current clients range from 21 -88).
