Step back into the age of heroes with Grim’s Great Jorvik Saga, an immersive, interactive original play inspired by the legendary Viking sagas and the ancient art of communal storytelling.

Expect celebration, song, combat and larger-than-life characters — with plenty of toasting and laughter along the way.

Fresh from York and before its London debut, Havelok’s Kingdom is thrilled to host Old York Theatre Company featuring a special appearance by Havelok and Grim the Viking.

JORVIK is fierce, funny and full of heart — a powerful new play that explores modern life through the Viking lens because, truly, we aren’t so different from our ancestors.

Our quests for glory, fate and remembrance echo through the ages. JORVIK reminds us to live boldly, love deeply, and raise a toast while we still can.
