THE TWO MEL’S ARE AT IT AGAIN 👯‍♀️🎁

We’ve been busy at Griffith TAFE wrapping up prizes and getting ready for a big NAIDOC celebration this Thursday 11 July (yep, not the 10th!) from 10am to 2pm at the Griffith Skate Park on Olympic Street.

We’ve proudly teamed up with Griffith AMS to bring the good vibes, and Griffith TAFE will be there running Didgeridoo painting 🖌️

AMS are bringing the rest of the fun:
🎶 Live music all day
🛹 Skate + bike comps
🍔 FREE lunch
🎁 Lucky door prizes
🎪 Elders tent
🧃 Coffee van + new merch
👧 Kids activities galore
🛍️ Local stallholders

Everyone’s welcome – families, kids, teens, aunties, uncles, big kids (yes, you with the coffee) – it’s going to be a good one.

We celebrate NAIDOC Week to honour the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It’s about recognition, learning, sharing, healing, and coming together with pride and purpose.
