Griffith Salami Festival 2025

The Griffith Salami Festival pranzo lungo (long lunch) is on again for 2025! We will be announcing the winners of the Casella Family Brands and Leo Franco Motors, "Best homemade salami competition". The lucky people that have tickets will be enjoying an Italian smorgasbord meal from Yoogali Kitchen, including wine from Casella Brands, Calabria Wines, Meditrina Wines and Elm wines. Juice from Real Juice Griffith, homemade crostoli for desert as well as local oranges on the table, all whilst dancing to the your favourite Italian songs from Roy Staltare and band, as well as guest appearances from Ian Ippoliti and world class entertainer Alfio Bonanno ! It's going to be an awesome day and we can't wait.
