Join Kate for a gentle, guided meditation designed to help you slow down, soften your nervous system, and return to a sense of inner calm.
This session offers a supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself away from the noise of the festive season.
Starting with some gentle movement to settle the body, followed by some breathwork to help us focus before dropping deeper into the body, mind, heart and into the peaceful spaces between the thoughts.
No experience is needed—just come as you wearing comfortable clothing and an empty tummy.
Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, or simply craving stillness.
