Soulful Sundays- the first Sunday of every month join Mind, Body and Soul therapist Sonia Mueller for a guided meditation session followed by Quartz Sound Bowl Healing ✨

Things to know/ what to bring-
Your busy temperature will drop when lying down. Please bring sometime to lie on such as a yoga mat along with anything to make you more comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, bolster and warm clothes and socks!
After our session I will make some Cacao for anyone who wishes to stay for a cuppa and a chat. This will be sold for $6 please bring your own mug if you wish to stay for this.
