Yoga for Beginners

This series is for the yoga-curious, and those who want to practice but are not sure where to begin. Yoga for Beginners is an opportunity to come in cold and be led into the practice by a master teacher.

Paige will answer your questions, lead you lovingly through a practice, then answer more of your questions. This informal, workshop-style offering will allow you to ease in alongside other beginners and find your comfort zone so you can walk in to any ongoing class with confidence.
