TENTATIVE: BENDS, MOUNT HOOD TRIP

Hey everyone,

I have locked down tentative dates for Wednesday August 26-Sunday August 30, 2026 for Northeast Oregon camp trip.

Preferably, our plan is to camp near Mount Hood, Bends area. I am working on central campsite locations. Should have more information out February 27, 2026 as to where we will camp.

I have road trip through OR and camped overnight in the area but never did any in-depth exploration. I have an agenda options closer to date which will turn into fun.

TRIP IS FOR EXPERIENCED HIKERS. WE ARE GOING TO HIKE ONE STRENOUS VOLCANO HIKE, and rest more moderate, and explore waterfalls. You will have chance to float or kayak on a lake in the area.
